Returns Policy
Orders by fax or post
Except for defective or incorrectly sent items, we reserve the right to apply a re-stocking charge of 15%.
Online orders
With the exceptions specified below, all goods may be returned to us for exchange, or full refund (excl. shipping & handling charges), provided that you return them (i) within 10 working days of receiving them and (ii) in their original packaging.
Returns after this date are at our discretion and will incur a re-stocking charge of 15%.
All orders
N.B. In the event that you are unable to take delivery of a parcel sent to you by InterLink, it is essential that you immediately contact your local depot to arrange an alternative delivery time/date. Alternatively, you can go to the depot to collect the parcel within a reasonable time. You can also have the parcel re-directed, for an InterLink fee of around £7.00. If you do none of these, InterLink will return the parcel to us and make an administrative charge of £15, for which you will be liable. Defective or incorrectly sent goods may be returned to us for exchange or full refund, provided that they are returned to us (i) within 10 working days of your receiving them and (ii) in their original packaging.
Returns of any items after this date will incur a 15% re-stocking charge. Therefore, to avoid unnecessary expense, please telephone us before you return any item(s).
We do not accept any returns of ear fittings, threads, wires, chains or semi- precious items.
